With more than 1.5 billion monthly active users (MAU) in over 180 countries, WhatsApp is gaining traction for business by providing the capability to provide customer support & manage purchases through the app.

YouTube is widely used with over 1.9 billion MAU.  Many businesses provide fresh video content to their customers through YouTube which is basically just like being able to show your commercials on line with no fee.
